1. Definitions & Interpretation

The following words and terms used in these Terms have specific meanings:

• "Platform" refers to the bd33k website, mobile version, and all associated digital services.
• "User" or "You" refers to any person who has registered on or is using the bd33k platform.
• "Account" refers to the user's personal registered profile.
• "Bonus" refers to any incentive amount or benefit provided by the platform.
• "Transaction" refers to any deposit, withdrawal, or wallet transfer.
• "Betting" refers to participating with real money in sports or casino games.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

The following conditions must be met to create an account and use the bd33k platform:

• The user must be 21 years of age or older.
• The same person may not open more than one account.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be true and accurate.
• Opening an account under someone else's identity or with false information is strictly prohibited.
• The user is solely responsible for maintaining the security of their account.

bd33k reserves the right to immediately suspend any account identified as belonging to a minor and to forfeit any funds held in that account.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration Process

Users must provide accurate personal information at the time of registration. bd33k may request additional documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restriction or suspension.

3.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for any use of your account by others. If you notice any suspicious activity, change your password immediately via the bd33k Login page and notify the support team.

3.3 Account Closure

Users may request account closure at any time. bd33k also reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in cases of rule violations or suspicious activity.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Policy

4.1 Deposits

The accepted methods for depositing funds on the bd33k platform are: bKash, Nagad and Rocket (Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (per method). Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit, unless otherwise specified.

Identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made. Withdrawal requests from unverified accounts may be placed on hold.

4.3 Transaction Responsibility

bd33k is not responsible for transactions sent to a wrong account or for incorrect amounts if the error was caused by information provided by the user. If a suspicious transaction occurs, the account may be temporarily held for investigation.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,200. Depositing ৳34,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, with a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Before withdrawing a bonus, you must place bets totalling 20 times the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in total bets before any winnings from the bonus become withdrawable. The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount — not to the combined total of the deposit and bonus.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

• The bonus is linked to the account's main balance and cannot be withdrawn separately.
• Only the original deposit may be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met — at which point the bonus will be automatically cancelled.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the specified time limit after the bonus is received, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Claiming multiple bonuses by the same person, household, or device is prohibited.
• bd33k reserves the right to change or cancel the terms of any promotional offer at any time.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Rules

All betting activity on bd33k is conducted fairly and transparently. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If an incorrect price is displayed due to a technical error, bd33k reserves the right to void that bet.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:

• Bonus abuse or applying bonus arbitrage strategies.
• Operating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Using software, bots, or automated methods to access the service.
• Exploiting any bug or technical error on the platform.
• Colluding with other users to manipulate outcomes.
• Conducting money laundering or any other illegal activity.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises over a game result, the user may contact us via live chat or at [email protected]. bd33k will make a final decision after completing its investigation, and that decision shall be considered final.

7. VIP Program

bd33k has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold.

• Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement through VIP tiers depends on the user's overall activity and contribution on the platform. Each tier comes with specific benefits and priority service. VIP benefits may be downgraded or removed in cases of abuse or policy violations.

8. Responsible Gaming

bd33k believes that recreational betting should be enjoyed responsibly. We encourage users to follow these guidelines:

• Only bet money you can afford to lose.
• Do not treat betting as a source of income.

12. Changes to Terms

bd33k reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. You are therefore advised to review this page regularly.
